This may just be my favorite of my SSHG drawings.
I was on a plane, needing to draw, and I used a starting photo reference of Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer (Love them!) on my phone. It's progressed beyond that, and I'm happy with the result.
That being said, there are some issues. His head is ginormous. Although, hers is foreshortened, and that may be why it looks off.
Still, picture me trying to discretely draw this on a plane. I'm sure a few people got an eyeful.
I wanted her to look very womanly. I tried to give her breasts some gravity, some weight. When I gave her areolas with some size to them, it felt right. She felt right. Looking at it now, I could have gone farther, but I'm choosing not to second guess myself.
Anyway, I think it's hot.
The book adds a story to the image, I think. And after awhile, I started thinking he was looking in to a mirror, which would explain his small smile.
